What We Collect

Only what you type into our enquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone number, country of residence, the type of study you are asking about, and anything you write in the message field. We also record which page the form was sent from.

Why We Collect It

To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to prepare and submit your university applications. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the universities you apply to, the providers that host our website and mailboxes, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your details.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to answer you. If you become a client, your records are kept for the duration of our contract and for any period required by law afterwards, then deleted.

Cookies & Tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It loads no third-party fonts, maps, video embeds or tracking scripts — every asset comes from our own server.

Your Choices

Write to us at viktor.pavliukov@aziyaglobal.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in — an email is enough.

Governing law and language

This notice is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. It is issued in English; translations are provided for convenience and the English version prevails.
