Short version: Stage 1 (documents and submission) is paid up front; the main fee (Stage 2) is due only against a confirmed admission.

Our services

The binding terms of our work are set out in the individual service contract you sign at Stage 1. It fixes the fee, the universities we will apply to, the deadlines and what each side is responsible for. Nothing on this website replaces that contract. The prices shown on the pricing page are the prices we contract at.

Fees and payments

Fees are quoted in US dollars or Chinese yuan, as shown on the Pricing page and in your contract. The Stage 1 fee (documents and submission) is payable at the start; the main fee is due only after a university confirms admission. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Responsibilities and limitation of liability

Admission and visa decisions are made by universities and immigration authorities; we do not guarantee an admission or a visa. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents and information you provide. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you have actually paid to us for the service concerned.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute that cannot be settled by negotiation shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction of the Hong Kong SAR.

Language

These Terms are issued in English. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience only; in case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
