Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to services provided by Aziya Global Limited (亞環球有限公司), Business Registration Number 81186235, registered office 21/F, CMA Building, No. 64 Connaught Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.

Nature of our services

We provide digital services delivered online. We do not sell physical goods and nothing is shipped. Services include university admission consulting and application support for students applying to universities in mainland China.

Cancellation before the service starts

You may cancel your order at any time before we begin work on it. In that case you receive a full refund.

Refunds after the service starts

• Subscriptions: you may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund the current period, and you are not charged for the next one.
• One-off services: if work has begun, we refund the amount corresponding to the part of the service not yet delivered.

If we are unable to deliver the service for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund.

Non-refundable items

Government fees, university application fees and other third-party charges paid on your behalf are not refundable once they have been paid to the third party. These amounts are always stated to you before payment.

How to request a refund

Send a request to viktor.pavliukov@aziyaglobal.com with your name, the service purchased and the payment date. We reply within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.

Method of refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Governing law and language

This policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation go to the courts of competent jurisdiction of the Hong Kong SAR. The policy is issued in English; translations are provided for convenience and the English version prevails.
